Hunting Lease Administration

Manage Your Hunting Lease

Hunting leases not only provide another revenue source from your property, but they also facilitate the frequent use of the property by the lessee.  The presence of the lessee on the property, like well-maintained boundary lines, help prevent unauthorized use and timber trespass.  It is our job to find a responsible party to lease the property, coordinate the execution of a hunting lease that, like the timber cutting agreement, protects both the land and the landowner and ensure that the lessee is adequately covered by hunting lease liability insurance.  To make sure that all clubs are properly insured, we purchase a group policy for our clients and require all clubs to secure their liability insurance through our group.  We also become the main contact for the lessee to relieve the landowner of having to deal with the usually mundane issues that come up just before and during hunting season.
