Litigation Assistance

With more than 40 years of experience in forestry, we have assisted government entities, insurance companies, private landowners and/or their attorneys in legal situations associated with timber damage assessments, right-of-way acquisitions, individual tree assessments related to property damages and/or injury, timber theft and boundary line disputes.  We also have extensive experience assisting attorneys and families with the partition of jointly owned timberland.  Sam has qualified and testified as an expert witness numerous times in matters related to forestry.
